  • Howdy, Folks!

    I'm so glad you're here!

Smile! I want to take your picture! I want to give you the gift of remembrance, and I want it to sparkle like a jewel in your hand. I want to capture you just the way you are so that when your children, your parents, and your best friends look back, they will see how precious you've always been and just how amazing you've become. Look at these images, close your eyes and remember love. And when you take that second look, soak it up...

Without further ado, I invite you to put your comfy pants on, sit back, and explore this site to get a taste of what it's like to spend a wild afternoon with me, romping around or lounging around - whatever suits you best! Send me a note if you have any questions, comments, or good jokes to share!

Happy Trails to You... Until We Meet Again,

Emily + Brandon

Meet Emily + Brandon.

Super cute, right? I know! When Emily hopped out of her car in those fabulous shoes,  I knew I was about to have some fun! We met at Hayden Falls, and after climbing down what seemed like a million stairs, started chatting and laughing and even snapping some photos, too. These guys are so… what’s the word… in synch (or *NSYNC if you remember me from my younger days). I even made them sing in public and you know what? They didn’t even bat an eye! There’s a peace about their relationship – something that says, no matter what, we’ll be together and we’ll be smiling. I hope that simple truth shines through in these photos.

Ali + Todd = Baby

So, this whole “I’m having a baby” thing has really rocked my world. In a good way! ;) When I first stopped at Ali + Todd’s place, I was feeling a little chatty, gabbing with Ali about the ins and outs of pregnancy. Ali glows. Seriously. I never knew her before started cookin’ up a baby, but I can’t imagine that she could be more beautiful than she is now.

And the love! Oh, the love. These two together are just so… right. Not saccharine sweet, but honest, kind, gentle and just the right amount of fun! Seriously, my job rocks.

Dan + Liz = Tristan & Cohen

Maybe I’m just a little silly, but chasing around two kids at the same time (well, I guess I was only chasing one this time around) is probably one of my favorite things about my job. Kids who love the sunshine and the grass, goldfish and sippy cups. They’re just so full of joy, and these two boys were no exception. On a Sunday morning, I met Dan, Liz, Tristan and Cohen at Inniswood park in Westerville to capture a few shots of them in their element- laughing, playing and loving on each other as only families this sweet and happy can!

Sisters + Cousins = One Happy Family

So many kids, so little time! Actually, when I met with these cousins and their families, we had exactly the right amount of time. Because, even though these kids were such darlings during the shoot, when they were done, they were DONE! Snacks and naps are top priorities for babies, you know?

I had so much fun chasing these little guys around and getting to know the bigger ones, too!
